\nen lille halv time hver dag, s\u00e5 er du allerede godt p\u00e5 vej v\u00e6k fra stress.<\/span><\/p>\n

Naturen \u00c8R jo dejlig, og nu bekr\u00e6fter endnu et fors\u00f8g, at de gr\u00f8nne omgivelser ogs\u00e5 kan v\u00e6re med til at afhj\u00e6lpe stress.<\/span>
\nFaktisk har der v\u00e6ret et nyt fors\u00f8g, der viser, at der ikke skal mere til end 20 minutter om dagen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Stresshormonet kortisol reduceres.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Fors\u00f8get blev udf\u00f8rt p\u00e5 36 personer, og det varede i 8 uger. Hver uge skulle personerne g\u00e5 en tur i naturen mindst 3 gange, og det skulle v\u00e6re mindst 10 minutter pr. gang. De skulle g\u00e5 i dagslys, og telefonen skulle blive i lommen (eller – endnu bedre – derhjemme) undervejs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Forskerne m\u00e5lte l\u00f8bende testpersonernes niveau af stresshormonet kortisol og kan konkludere, at 20-30 minutter i naturen om dagen er med<\/span>
\ntil at reducere kortisolniveauet i kroppen markant.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jeg er selv begyndt p\u00e5 en morgeng\u00e5tur, fordi jeg f\u00f8lte mig rastl\u00f8s og “ikke kunne v\u00e6re i min krop”, og jeg vidste at der var noget stress p\u00e5 vej igen, s\u00e5 jeg tog de gode sko p\u00e5 – og s\u00e5 ud i naturen. Hvor er der bare mange lyde, fuglene pipper, der dufter, solen som er ved at st\u00e5 op, sm\u00e5 purke p\u00e5 cykler p\u00e5 vej til skole med for\u00e6ldre, der allerede ser fortravlede ud INDEN kl. 8.00 om morgenen …<\/p>\n

Jeg g\u00e5r i hvert fald 10.000 skridt hver dag, i alt slags vejr – motion ER godt, og vi kan alle v\u00e6re med, ses vi derude ? \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
