Her er mine 5 Tips til en lidt sundere livsstil<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Jeg havde egentlig aldrig selv t\u00e6nkt, at jeg var FED. Jo jo – s\u00e5m\u00e6nd var der da kommet nogen k\u00e6reste kilo p\u00e5, efter jeg havde l\u00e6rt Jan at kende – lange aftener med samtaler, god mad, fl\u00f8de i sovsen og masser af r\u00f8dvin. Men kiloene kom ligesom bare snigende, indtil den dag hvor mit hjerte begyndte at reagere pga. for meget plak (ja, det samme som s\u00e6tter sig p\u00e5 t\u00e6nderne) i min ene forgrening til kranspuls\u00e5ren.<\/span><\/p>\n

T\u00e6nk sig – at der skal et s\u00e5 stort vink med en vognstang til, F\u00d8R man v\u00e5gner op – og indser, at det her stikker helt af . S\u00e5 du f\u00e5r lige her mine 5 Tips til at komme hurtigere i gang med din sundhed – for det KAN lade sig g\u00f8re, og det er SLET ikke s\u00e5 SV\u00c6RT.<\/p>\n

1. Drik masser af vand<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Vand virker for utrolig mange ting, og n\u00e5r du starter med at frigive v\u00e6gt, s\u00e5 er det meget vigtigt, at du f\u00e5r alle dine affaldsstoffer og dit ophobede gift i kroppen ud, s\u00e5 derfor skal du drikke mindst 2 liter vand om dagen \ud83d\ude42\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Spis gr\u00f8ntsager\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Der findes masser af upr\u00f8vede gr\u00f8ntsager i Danmark i dag, og er du ikke vant til at spise gr\u00f8ntsager, s\u00e5 start ud i det sm\u00e5, f.eks. med blomk\u00e5l, broccoli eller lav spaghetti ud af squash. Hvis du starter ud med f.eks. rosenk\u00e5l, er der mange der giver op fra start pga. smagen …\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Spis k\u00f8d, kylling, kalkun (medmindre du er vegetar)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Du har brug for protein, derfor skal du spise k\u00f8d – det er dog bedst, hvis du begr\u00e6nser ko (spis kalv isf. okse, det er sundere) & gris til max. \u00e9n gang hver pr. uge, da det er meget sv\u00e6rt for os at ford\u00f8je. Hvis du har mulighed for at k\u00f8be vildt, eller selv er j\u00e6ger, skal du spise masser af dette, da det er noget af det fineste og mest fedtfattige k\u00f8d, vi kan f\u00e5. Du kan ogs\u00e5 spise andre proteinrige madvarer, f.eks. feta, avocado, b\u00f8nner og linser.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Spis fisk\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Du har brug for Omega 3, for det sm\u00f8rer vores cellemembraner indeni, s\u00e5 cellerne bliver mere smidige – og alt det gode vi kaster i munden kan finde vej igennem systemet, s\u00e5 vi optager vores mad bedre.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hvis du ikke kan fordrage fisk, kan du tage et tilskud (jeg spiser b\u00e5de fisk & tager et tilskud, for hjernen har brug for det sunde fedt for at modvirke bl.a. tab af hukommelse, fokus, koncentration samt angst & depression) Jeg vil gerne sl\u00e5 et slag for BalanceOlie, som jeg selv bruger. Den indeholder b\u00e5de Omega 3 og olivenolie – heraf kommer de vigtige polyfenoler.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nye unders\u00f8gelser viser nemlig, at hvis du spiser b\u00e5de fiske- & olivenolie, s\u00e5 reduceres d\u00f8deligheden med 23%, risiko for blodpropper mindskes med 22 % og risikoen for hjerteanfald med hele 40%.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tid er den ene ressource, vi aldrig kan f\u00e5 nok af ….\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

5. Motion<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Vi kommer ikke uden om det … Vi er n\u00f8dt til at bev\u00e6ge os, og det har jeg ogs\u00e5 gjort. Jeg har ca. under mit v\u00e6gtforl\u00f8b g\u00e5et 10.000 skridt pr. dag, og efter noget tid blev jeg faktisk helt afh\u00e6ngig af det … Jeg har kombineret med lidt dans hjemme i stuen, og s\u00e5 har jeg ogs\u00e5 f\u00e5et vandrestave af min mand, s\u00e5 kommer der lidt mere fart over feltet.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jeg har f\u00e5et masser af frisk luft, mindre v\u00e6gt, meget mere energi og en klarhed i hjernen, som jeg ikke havde tidligere. Jeg har ikke hevet jern ovre ved Fitness drengene – selvom de m\u00e5ske er ret dejlige at se p\u00e5 \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n
